My connection is now down for 28+ days. Here is my detailed review / communication with them:
I am sorry to inform you that I have very bad exp. with the services you have been providing since the connection is installed at my home. In the first month itself, Internet used to go down for 3-4 days in a week from 11 pm to about 10 am. I could not use internet as it was going down on regular basis, therefore, I did not renewed the internet connection after first month.
I kept on receiving several calls everyday to re-charge the connection and I kept on explaining why I was not renewing the same. A few complaints were raised, got tickets numbers and was assured that it will be resolved. But every time, I raised complaints, complaint got closed within 24 hours without even engineer visiting my house or communicating on the phone. Nobody was bothered to resolve the issues instead you people kept closing support tickets without customer’s consent.
In the meanwhile, I kept on receiving phone calls to renew the connection. After one of your executive called and assured that
issues are resolved and you will not face any issues again, I renewed the connection and paid for 3 months at once. This was my mistake to trust you people and renewing the connection
It is now 28+ days my connection is down. I sent several mails at [email protected] but it is not resolved. I sent photo of the modem as well which clearly shows that there is no “Online Single Light” but no resolution.
I have been patient with the things and gave you enough time for resolution. Considering all these things ( poor services, no resolutions ), I would request you to kindly issue full refunds of the amount that I have paid and cancel the connection.
Nodal officer is there just for the name sake. He replies very late. Once in 4-5 day. Never mentions his name and direct number in the replies.
Considering all these things, I recommend everybody NOT TO SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SHITTY DEN BROADBAND Service provider. Do not waste your precious money with them.
