Saw it in Mi store today. Phone looked amazing. Played around with it for 3-4 minutes only.
I noticed quite a lot of difference between screen quality of K20 and K20 pro. I would advice you to purchase K20 pro.

Update from my friend – it does warm up, can feel it on the back side of the phone when playing pubg in high resolution mode.
It ate up 25% battery when playing pubg for approx 1hr(60+ mins) in highest resolution mode.
This is after the latest firmware update.
