Didn't got the parcel from india post, What to do?

Guys need help here. According to tracking system of india post the article was bagged for my location on 12th april and i think i missed it cause i was out for 2 hours. Now when i call them they say contact the office from where the bag was received. There are 4 branches in my location and i have contacted all of them but got the same response. And i couldn’t understand their form for complaints.

today was the last day of delivery and still i haven’t got the item. Now the tracking code is also not working and the ebay seller is not replying.

i am also a seller on ebay and have been shipping via Speed post . so i know how they work…
1. as a good buyer, i would advice you to not to raise claim right now. today is last day of delivery and but after this you will get 5 days to confirm the receipt. better, wait for few more days (till 4th day of confirmation of receipt ends).
2. the tracking is giving issue from past few days. earlier it was not showing any information, but then it started showing information only if we click details.. so recheck the tracking details.
3. if you have any issue, give me the tracking no..i’ll explain the current status..
4. the time period of speed post is about 4-5 days..rest, it depends upon your location and weight/dimension of packet. envelopes are usually delivered on 3rd day to any major city of india..parcel takes 4-5 days…and in case if connectivity is poor, then it can take further 2-3 days..
these are under normal conditions..if they misplace the parcel, or if parcel land in different state then you need to wait pretty long..
once i sent a product to one of south india state from delhi..but it went to some neighboring state..instead of sending it that state directly, then first sent it back to delhi and then reshipped from delhi to that state..!! whole process took about 10 days..refund was approved 
but buyer paid offline
