Digibank load money [problem

I tried to load money today to digibank using ICICI and Axis bank debit cards. Both transactions failed. I have earlier loaded money from both these banks by debit card. Last time around 10th Aug. I even tried to use Netbanking option with ICICI bank. That did not even go to the net banking login.
Any one else faced similar issue?

its not rooted and i uninstall fake location disable parrael space

reported the same to their cc many times they reply as a bot we are facing technical issues today plz try in the next 48 hrs… N this is the only answer they have (infinite loop )all the best possible way is use imps and transfer the amount to digi from ur primary which is working very fine….
unfortunately IMPS is chargeable for me.

tried today with icici net banking and got success.
i used pockets account for icici net banking
what is the use of Digibank???

to my knowledge i have found that smaller amounts not working… (both for adding money thru dr card and netbanking especially icici netbanking..) other netbanking works fine….!
u can even transfer the amount usinf neft to ur digibank… not necessariliy imps is needed…!

Unfortunately even NEFT is charged by most banks. Freecharge has the option, but last time I checked, they did not have DBS in their list.
in my cae, loading money is working fine from debit card
Using PNB debit card, tried twice and both time successfull

loaded 2500 yesterday using ICICI card. It worked but only with verified by visa option.
