How They Do Not Reply To Mails And No Support To Calls. Do you have any higher authorities number or email id.
How you got your money and what was the situation.

they will reply for sure… just give them time….
I used to bug them on these email ids

My issue was also same… account/card restricted with some monies in it….

No charge for account opening. Tho you have to initially load it with min. 10000. Afterwards you can withdraw all of it if you want since it’s zero balance current account. No issuance charges for platinum debit card. To cut long story short, you will annually pay = DC charges(200 + service tax) + monthly statements charges (75) =~ 300. So you won’t have to pay more than 300 per year.
