Dear dimers,
Just got one new condition for foodpanda txn through mobi**ik payment.
That is ’ Your supercash balance can only be consumed on transactions worth 400 and above’
So no use Supercash here for merchant transactions.
If anyone found any other limitations for merchant txns please share here.

Ha ha ha. Uninstalled it long time ago. Absolutely pathetic business model and app. Unreliable as sh*t. Go and give 1star rating in play store
As far as I know, Mobikwik supercash cant be used on merchant sites now.
Only Mobikwik recharge use!

1mg, Grofers 1400

Let’s use up all balances (hard cash) & stop using it, Uninstall it
Forget the Supercash balances as without heavy transactions thay can’t be used up

Got success only 200 rs during ransomware virus, at that day evening 5 to 7 pm, mobikwik payment gateway credited two times what we added that time..
So we can wait for another incident… I
The sad part is even after all this chaos and restriction on using supercash and customers being harassed by Mobikwik, their rating is still 4.2 on app store, don’t know how…
I had a few hundreds of super cash with Mobikwick. Got really pissed with their policies and uninstalled the app. Asked Mobikwick to take my super cash as donation and delete my account .
I do not know how many of you will agree but majority of us should send mail to owners and investors of this s**t company highlighting the cheating practices and frequent change in policies & also asking them to delete our account from their platform

This one looks easy enough to do and may be worth it…if a lot of ppl do it and highlight the negative feedback of customers, and recent feedback carries more value/impact!!
However, it will take a large no of negatives to be able to dent its overall rating, which I believe works as a “cumulative feedback rating” and in past, Mobikwik may have got lot of positive ratings from customers…!!

use Mobikwik only at stores/sites where you will not get any other discount.
Kuch use ho gya to theek hai nahi to let the supercash expire. Anyways you used it in places where you would not have got any additional discount.
In NCR lots of local shops, milk booths etc have been added which accept Mobikwik. Till Thursday even a sub 💯 transaction used supercash.

From business perspective, I am wondering why the management could be taking such harsh decisions all this when they also would be aware that it would invite customer hate and frustration and even customer attrition…
Probably indicates serious fund crunch or proactive cost cutting..and target selected for this is Supercash!! Leadership at top must have given or approving such instructions with a view to achieving some objective which is really imp for them…
