Earlier i bought a coolpad note 3 lite black colour from Amazon. i was so busy and pressurised on that day so without thinking so much….i ordered this phone.
Didn’t like a single % in this phone.
Got this phone yesterday and found that piece defective. Now i mailed and called them for refund but they are saying for replacement only.
Secondly i ordered it for my ’Hone wali WO ’ and i have to gift that mobi as soon as possible. but now in replacement, it would take 8-10 days.
please suggest if there is any way to get a refund?
