Dineout payment was made twice

I made a payment at restaurant and money was successfully debited from my bank account but in the app it was in pending state.
So I made another payment and it was successful. Now the 1st payment status was changed from pending to successfull.
I contacted Dineout customer care, they were not replying promptly. They just gave me the complaint reference number and asked me to wait.
Will I get back my refund?
Anyone else faced this issue earlier?

Their customer service is very poor… Can u tell me what was the payment amount
99% yes in a day or two – they would cross verify with restaurants and return the money.
How to complaint against tmw in Twitter
I think they will refund you within 2-3 working days..
Mine txn is in pending from 9 days, no resolution by them, always get reply, its take longer than usually

Complaint Registered on 4 August 2019.
Refund received on 12th August 2019.
Payment mode- UPI (PhonePe)
Refund mode- UPI (Paytm)
If anyone is in the same situation. Please keep the restaurant invoice with you. As Dineout CC asks for it.
