Does Amazon deliver earlier than the delivery date?

Guys I need your help.
I ordered a trolley bag on Amazon today. Amazon applied free two day delivery (prime member) on the product but says the item will be delivered by friday. Is there any chance they will deliver it on Wednesday or Thursday? I have a train to catch on Friday so if it comes on Friday than its useless for me.
Based on your past experiences can you guys tell me if they will deliver it a day before the original delivery date?

Price is 2.5K, skybag brand. Local store is selling it at 3k
Most probably they will deliver it by Thursday I think.
Most of my amazon orders got delivered in three days, even when I was not prime member. But right now prime day is going on and I felt they would delay my order because of large number of orders.
You always read amazon delivery as “by this day” not “on this day”
@TheAce ask amazon cc to put it on request for delivery latest by Thursday….. they do entertain requests like these
I chatted with Amazon cc, told them about my situation but don’t know if they will deliver it on Thursday. I will talk to them again and check.
