I tried to search alot on google but was unable to find

It might not be written there, but I am sure SBI customer care can confirm the same and give you the details. I know it’s there because a friend used his SBI Platinum debit card for lounge access while traveling with me.
that depends upon which SBI card you are using. Various cards available, with various banks.
Remember: Mastercard has limited it to ONE free access per quarter. 
So, dont take it for a free ride on every airport visit. Additionally, only one person is allowed the access.
You can check out Priority Pass which seems better if you travel frequently across the globe.
