Does anybody know how to activate unlimited plan using main balance in idea / Vodafone

Do u know how can I activate unlimited plan using main balance ?
In case of Vodafone it can be done by their website https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-onli... Some of the new packs which provide 2.8/3GB/d cannot be activated by balance. They keep on changing the location of the plans but usually can be found under Bonus packs. In some circles the My Vodafone app will have the same functionality.
Idea used to allow activating plans via USSD only in Delhi AFAIK.
Edit: Forgot to mention that in some circles like Haryana? neither web nor app offer any avenue to activate via balance in case of Vodafone.
If you ask CC of idea, they will say, u can’t activate any unlimited pack from main balance so don’t waste your time
Dial *800# there you will find 2g 3g 4g plans for idea
Off topic_ any way to PERMANENTLY stop VAS automatic activation apart from MNP to jio? Chortel again showing its lootera face deducted 35 two times and their cc is shit. Not even refunded back even after deactivating and MNP message.
Call CC & tell them to deactivate all flash message service on ur number. If they don’t agree then tell them that u will port out to Jio…They will deactivate & refund also….Same happened with me also. I tried same & it worked for me…Now no VAS services are activation on my number

Only normal packs can be recharged. You cannot use main balance for special recharge

idea gives good TT for small denomination also like 15=15TT, 25=25TT so useful
