Getting refund from Domino’s requires Lot of patience & Follow-ups. Previously restaurant manager used to call & Provides vouchers or discount on next order but now Domino’s is crediting Points. Their Delivery Promise is refund but till now either they provides discount, Voucher or Points. Recently received refund in Points after 10 days of placing the order

Got refund next day from dominos without any follow up.. the delivery boy call the store manager and they send request .. thats it.

Once I Got Damaged Choco Lava Cakes. It Was All Ok From Top Box When It Was Delivered But When I Was Eating I Saw The Mess Inside.At That Very Moment I Clicked Pics And Tweeted To Domino’s. later That Evening I Got From That Store Manager, He Apologized And Agreed To Provide Replacement Order For The Same Whenever I Need.

So My Experience Was Overall Quick And Simple For Replacement.

Dominos guy called up and said he will resend same order again for delay in delivery of first order.

they wont give you money back. i tried calling several times for a month then settled with free items worth the pizza.
