Don’t Load Money On Freecharge through Oxigen VCC. Before 15 days when Add 100 and get 50 cashback was there I added cash on freecharge through Oxigen vcc and it was successful. But it shows error. Today I was adding cash on freecharge through Oxigen Vcc but it was failed. After that My freecharge account temporarily blocked. I think mah be something wrong with that account. So again tried with another freecharge account . Also In that case transaction failed and my account blocked temporarily. So be aware of this.

I just added 2500 using netbanking and my account got blocked sad
sent email to care@freechar…om but still no response. not even automated response after 8 hours.
how should i send documents ? they will ask first right ?
