No they won’t block if you use same netbanking.. They possibly cannot see your netbanking details as they wont get any data from banking portal.

today I was unable to create another new account its asked me to update app,I updated all accounts blocked I was chatting on twitter for bigbasket cash back within some time all accounts blocked

bro,if you update any app create Android apk backup, I usually don’t update any app if I do then only because it is necessary. All apps are tracking ids in their latest versions, sooner or later apps like free charge will also block accounts.
