Hi Dimers,
Don’t keep balance in prepaid connection… even in this serious situation. Vodafone-Idea is trying to cheat its customers by activating unnecessary VAS. early morning they deducted 10 rs and now they deducted 25 rs.
and I am not able to connect to their Customer care from last 1 hour..
and there is no way to get refund. only their CC has option… even though it is clearly showing VAS service when I queired for *111#
sending STOP to 155223 is saying I dont have any active VAS

Yes Vodafone is a big cheater admit it.
Cancel services which got activated and contact them via mail. They will definitely provide refund.
To avoid this issue,
-> Activate DND.
-> Try not to click on any Ad,VAS offer banner while browsing.

Yes. They are deducting for no reason, no VAS…I see deductions like Rs 3 and Rs 10 sometimes
They auto debited 24 rs for validity extension, eventhough i stopped it through ussd , still they deducted
It’s Vodafone bro. They are looting us for covering some portion of their loss. Vodafone is the biggest cheater I have seen in telecom right now. Main balance is not secure. You have check everyday that if any money deducted today or not. If fail to do so they say 2 days or 1 day passed so can’t do anything. Otherwise Vodafone is ok. Main thing Vodafone are mostly looting innocence people who don’t know anything who don’t know how to check balance. They itself active some unknown *c service and their cc exactly *c are not customer friendly. They are also involved to not return the money.

Actually The type of service i am seeing in SS is not VAS.
Earlier Voda also deducted it many times, and i had a long conversation regarding that to understand and ask them that i want to know the medium of activation of these bullshit.
They told me that it is activated by some third parties on downloading their content. and they told that it is a mode of activation where download could be possible without any internet facility. (They described it as WAP) and said that they don’t have control over it as these are by third parties.
Later the CCE tried to convince me to just not be angry and wanted to just ran away with execuses because they were unable to answer my query (Mode and Medium of activation).

Vodafone is the biggest Cheater in India. Last time they debited ₹310/- towards various services from my main balance of ₹324/-. After that I contacted CC from my number & other’s numbers too., first they said that the amount will be refunded but later on you have crossed the time line of 72 hrs. so, you are ineligible for refund. Mother F____r VODAFONE . I left Vodafone COMPLETELY that day onwards. I request all of you not to use VODAFONE.

Same problem of balance deduction in my Vodafone number for more than 7 months.. still no resolution found..
I have kept Rs.2.04 balance (due to this issue) but yesterday they deducted Re.1 for wap charges somehow they need to deduct it and surely its not by mistake, its 💯% planned deduction on regular basis.
Need to change the operator is the only option or need to go with spl balance packs for those who are not opted for unlimited plans.

i was charged multiple time for these vas. When i asked they told me its wap activation. when i enquired further then they were not able to tell me ip/website/3rd party (not even my ip from which service was activated) or any other info. Ironically i never used vodafone internet and sim is used as a backup sim. Now my balance is almost 0, i do minimum recharge every 2nd month to keep it active.
Note: they are doing day light robbery. Recovering taxes amount which they have to pay to govt.

Vi is worst company.. they are doing this malpractice from 3 months on my sim.. i will be porting out soon .. can’t stand with them.. such a bunch of loosers
Check if option to disable Flash messages in SIM Toolkit is working or not.
this may be corona effect, they are trying to make money out of such situations
