In paytm seller do not have option to set stock available.
So they have to manually set product as out of stock ,
So if soo many people are buying at same time , then it can happen na ,

Seller not reliable. But not fraud!

Fraud means if he sends a ripen mango instead of mobile!

check paytm he is still selling the phone, at a higher price, so its clear he intentionally did this.
