Without license ones will have to pack up.

The ones who dont take prescriptions for medicines seriously ,
Frankly speaking i feel every one takes prescriptions  for granted as they arrange immediate on desk doctor  on call who gives prescriptions  without knowing the customer  and his ailments without  personal verification

the exact wording of the court order would be relevant.
the online e-pharmacies created a trend of 20-25% discounting which now has even come to traditional stores. naturally the medical companies are now reducing the doctor’s commission. so doctors do not want online pharmacies to function.
but Delhi HC has limited jurisdiction. there is a contrary order from Chennai HC. now other HC may also come into picture
