Duped by shoprishi.com, please help

hi all,

One of my relative paid 13500 RS to buy Redmi phone on website shoprishi.com, he saw an ad of Flipkart and after click that ad, he landed on shoprishi.com website. At that time, he bought the mobile thinking he was buying from Flipkart website. He paid 13500 RS via phone upi.

now the site’s homepage is showing a message
