Easy and cheap way to replace mobile display

I have several xioami mobile with broken displays.
Redmi1s,mi note 4,redmi 6a
All repairs centers asking between 2-4k.
Is there any easy and cheap way to replace them.. like Airtel secure or mi secure plans

Buy those screens online and fix yourself. Not that hard with hairdryer and visiting cards. Watch YouTube before starting. Else find more LOCAL shops other than service centres for cheaper price.
