Depends on the seller. Some sellers think they won’t get remittance for those orders so they are afraid to ship. However, eBay sends them the money even if the user is suspended & the shipping details are updated. The sellers who know this, ship the orders.

That’s ok, but mah doubt is… Does ebay send any Mail to sellers regarding “customer suspended” (i.e Abcd customer suspended, don’t ship his product) ???
