Ebay Fraud Please help

Most likely the 99.9% positive feedback you see is after eBay removed his negative feedbacks on a daily basis. You should start taking a screenshot of his negative feedbacks he gets everyday and the fact they’re gone after a day just to prove your point to eBay that you thought he was a genuine seller looking at his positive%.

he is no longer a registered user

Yes ebay removed him as a member due to sudden negative feedbacks.he might have 100 more if ebay waited for a day.The fraud he did is worth in crores
Just called cc and they told me it will take 20 days but i don’t know for what they want 20 days the case is crystal clear in 20 days he might run away with such amount of money

His laptop listing was posted here 2-3 times

eBay still sucks even after their own strict rules and regulations..
I think it is very easy to run a scam in the online world…

Is there any ecommerce site in the world which really gives 100% guarantee on the amount we pay to them?

First of all, you took all responsibility on your self by Cancelling eBay Guarantee Claim…………Now you can’t fight with eBay saying that Seller is a cheater since you made product received……..Now they can say that it’s the buyer who is the cheater……now only option is Akosha….

I have not cancelled the guarantee claim etc its just those seller who don’t ship within 5 days thats the shipping deadline according to ebay then ebay automatically generates refund request.then seller called me and told he is importing item from uk and he don’t used reputed courier like dhl so his item got stuck somewhere so he needs some more time to ship that item at that he doesn’t have negative feedbacks so i cancelled the refund request and its the condition of almost 400 buyers so you can think your self how big this fraud is?

Now the point is i have provided all proofs to ebay and the case is crystal clear but still they want 20 days time considering he was a powerseller his remittance is processed next business day so if ebay doesn’t do anything fast he will run away with the money its not in lakhs its in crores.
If ebay has not cancelled user registartion that seller has around 400 negative feedbacks as many peoples like me still thinking that we will get the item so we didn’t left any negative feedback there.

If the information from ebay executives was correct,then all the sellers got the ability to extend the shipping deadline…I may be wrong, but during the 2nd season of wtf sale I bought a product from croma ebay store and on the last day of the deadline I called the ebay team and they told me that seller has got the ability to extend the deadline and gave me a number to contact croma….Though croma shipped the product on the same day of the deadline….So next time if you feel that any of your purchases get pass the deadline,call ebay on the same day and ebay will give you the contact number of seller and you should follow up with the seller….I think the seller will extend the deadline…So you can avoid this accidental confirmation while trying to cancel refund request..

So some relief for me now after filling guarantee claim they sent this msg to seller.

Your Buyer has filed a claim stating he has not received the item yet, hence we request you to send us the Proof of Delivery copies at insellerverification@eb…om within 72 hours of receiving this email. Failing to which we will be forced to close the claim in favour of your buyer by approving the refund. We thank you for your patronage.

But now problem is as far as i know the member who are no longer registered on ebay doesn’t recieve msgs.
2nd is that for pwerseller they process the remittance next business day so if they have sent the remittance(money) from where will they pay me,as seller is no more selling so they can’t cut the fees of the remaining remittance and sent it to me.
Well i am hoping for the best as 40000 is not a small amount.

in any case ebay will have to compensate u from their pocket if they made payment to seller
