Ebay: Fraud seller.. Member id gizmoforest and techgdgt are same and selling broken items with no phone or ebay message support..

Keeping and selling from 2 user Ids is not illegal on Ebay….

How you can say that seller is selling broken items. May be Item get broken due to courier Mishandling. Also 15 days not big time. Peoples are waiting for years for getting money back from ebay. Better avoid ebay….

Its better to avoid commission agents like Ebay, Shopclues and askmebazaar, etc. Add to your shopping destinations some real sellers like Croma Retail, Flipkart, etc…

I didn’t get items till now. But I seen both id feedback and seen that items are broken and they are not replacing it.

Better to stay away because those who faced such replacement issue only knows how they frustrated

Hey mate I can understand your frustration here but you need to threaten them that if this is not done within this timeframe you will be forced to approach Consumer Forum.

Yes. You are right but actually they are manipulating price with these two account.
They can rise or down with help of two account.
They sell same item with both id and making two different price. Also no seller in such category so they can control accordingly. Now when I place the order, he removed his listing after my order and now he put same item on another id with 2k higher price.

below is eBay policy. They can not list same item on both id at same time.

I already posted on consumer forum and talked to ebay as well but ebay only have this one person to sell washing machine and few TV so if they will banned him then eBay will loose earnings. I posted on ebay community as well and they immediately remove seller name from my post. That is how they are protecting him.

1. If there is high no. Of feedback for damage item received, then you should have avoided this seller.
2. The thread of the title States that selling damaged items but on the hand you wrote item is not yet shipped. You are just making title to be catchy.

Now listen how to proceed,
1. This is most probably powershipment meaning item is shipped via Ebay so that’s why your claim is not yet closed. In these cases, it will take few more days to a week or two more. Don’t expect much communication part from eBay.
2. Send an email to FedEx asking latest update of this tracking number.
3. Then take screen shot of the email reply from them and send it to seller via Ebay message and to eBay team as well in simple polite words ’I have confirmation from fedex that order have not yet shipped, please cancel the order and process refund. Failure to provide me transaction ID of reversal of payment, I will charge back with Bank and all the charge back cost will be borne by ebay/seller also, I will forward complaint in consumer forum for withholding the amount for so long and requesting adequate compensation. ’.

Wait for 2-3 days for their reply which most probably you will not get. Then be prepared to escalate it to your bank for disputing it.. Give them a last friendly reminder.
