electricity bill payment status @ payzapp

I paid the bill of amount Rs. 5000/- through PAYZAPP but payment status is awaiting confirmation. I received a message " ALERT: Your WBSEDCL bill against 1022436xx of Rs. 5000.00 is received on 05-Jul-2019. BBPS reference no. HD03673783 via MobileBanking. Anyone faced the same issue earlier? Will they process the payment or I will have to pay again as amout has already been deducted from my bank account.
