use the device for 20 mins more in one go?
What did you in that time frame?
what are the apps running in the background?
For general usage, anything below 40 degrees is normal
And for gaming, 45 is the threshold temperature

I don’t play a single game . Generally I browse Google app and DD only .

We have two Moto G turbo at home. One used by me and other by wifey. Mine doesn’t heat up but i have heard her complaining about the phone overheating during Skype video calls. Only thing i can relate it to is a crap local back cover installed on her phone.

I was using an Mi3 before switching to Moto G turbo. After a month of use, i can safely conclude that mi3 is miles ahead than Moto G at-least in terms of raw performance although mi3 is nearly 3 year old product now.

It happens mostly due to applications running in background. Go to settings , developer settings, check background running processes.. kill them or uninstall them and you will feel e difference..
