I placed an order on Tuesday with a scheduled delivery of Thursday 8-10 AM
The order did not get delivered and I was informed to wait for sometime to get the same delivered. I waited till 12:30 but the order was not delivered again even after multiple follow ups.
The floor manager promised to get it delivered by 930PM Thursday.
After a few minutes I get a call from her that the same can not be delivered on Thursday , requesting me to allow time till Friday (Yesterday) to which I agreed.
The same was scheduled for 930PM yesterday. Kept following up multiple times and got an answer that it will be delivered in 20 mins everytime.
Called today morning again to which they promised to get it done by 4PM today. Now when I called they are requesting for a reschedule to tomorrow.
Any place to escalate this? Twitter and calls to CC not helping
