Actually my mother was surfing facebook and got ads of lehanga and saree.she shared her number there and got a call from the saree wala guy and he had taken order on call.Today the product got delivered which was on cash on delivery.my mother had taken the delivery.
and guess what it was a fake product..
seller is not picking up the calls ..number given on package are fake(switch off)
the product was delivered through e-kart logistics partner https://www.ithinklogistic...m/ (haven’t got there customer care number)
the have put there return address same(nearby) as the ithinklogistics address- so might be any person from this courier is involved in fraud so if any return come he know where to take it.
also the site mentioned balajifab.com seems fake

as it was cash on delivery i was thinking to contact ekart and stop there payment.
which consumer forum i should complain and anybody know how to contact ekart to stop payment.

Dont Ever order from Faltu Unknown sites
Avoid Facebook advertising…also avoid Facebook if you can..it eats up your previous time

Involve cyber-crime police they will inquire better, they will get information who is behind all that advertising/taking order/sending fake item.
