Ordered a plant from nursery live , yesterday it was showing delivered but nobody came for delivery ,
Today some guy came for delivery .
few months back i ordered helmet from droom , and same thing happened , and also they give fake reasons , that iam stuck in traffic or iam unable to trace ur address .
In this case all other couriers are just perfect whether it is Delhivery or ATS or E-kart .

Exactly what’s said above. It’s totally area specific. You say delhivery good in your place but over here it’s cancerous (near Kolkata). Even postal service is speedier than delhivery. FedEx is pretty good here, even they being in a small town they don’t operate here directly but through forwarding services only.
bluedart is pathetic everywhere
its the best in world.
Fedex shipping is perfect until it reaches nearest warehouse, from there it depends – if you live.in posh areas Fedex will deliver or else some lousy local agency.
Mine plant was delivered one day before the scheduled delivery date.
But i think the status is not updated yet.

They will change franchise team in your city….

I complained to bluedart about my city office and they took action
although the bluedart guy was again rude to me but at least they got a warning
It differs from area to area. The service of courier providers are not same everywhere.
