gud one bro…
Even I have had an amazing transformation
Gained around 10kg weight in just three months out of which at least 50% is pure muscle mass
And another thing is the entire mass is on the upper body as I never did a lower body workout
But since I got lazy and stopped working out most of my muscles have disappeared already
Still I am happy
BTW I was an early follower of your thread(from a different I’d though)

Nice to hear about your progress… 10 Kg in 3 months is a quick gain, for some it’s possible. I know it’s hard to workout regularly, but don’t leave it completely. Try your best to workout at least 3-4 days a week.
Everybody in the world has time, It completely depends on the priority set. I have very high priority for the gym, so if you are concerned about your health, you will definitely have time..:) Go back to the gym and update your progress on this thread good luck my friend…

how to reduce calf muscles???
To be honest, growing calf muscles is the hardest ever thing… You are lucky enough to have a huge calves, so enjoy it..
If you are chubby, you might have fat accumulation on calves, are you planning to reduce that?? If yes, you have to reduce your overall body fat and the calf fat will reduce eventually..:) The next part is reducing body fat takes a lot of hard work and sacrifices, you should reduce calorie intake (simply try to reduce your portion of food to start with, e.g. if you eat 1 cup of rice, try to reduce it to 3/4 cup, you’ll see a difference) and try to walk briskly for atleast 20-30 minutes everyday (Cardio).
I wish you good luck .:) Enjoy
BEWARE OF THE FAKE SUPPLEMENTS IN INDIA (PLEASE AVOID):
Just a piece of Advice to all the supplement buyers. To be honest, You can transform your physique without supplement with good diet and hard exercises. No shortcuts to amazing physique, if you need the extra edge in fitness, you can very well use Supplements. They are helpful for people who work hard in the gym and doesn’t work great for couch potatoes (people who are inactive).
So even if you planned to buy a supplement, I would suggest you to avoid Indian market for one specific reason, most of the supplements are fake (yeah in Indian shops they can produce amazing fake supplements at a fraction of the cost, it includes even the famous international brands). If you buy whey protein, it will most probably be a milk powder..:P Indian made supplements are mostly not tested and just they mix the low-quality ingredients together. So one thing is to buy the supplements from authentic sellers only and if possible, try to import it from the USA (beware of customs), you will get legit products and will not spoil your body.
I’ve been in this fitness field for several years and so this is my kind advice to my fellow dimers..:) Take care.
How to lose belly fat??
excited to watch
i go to fitness and yoga clases
thanks for this thread. Just got to know about this thread recently.
sorry, I was not that active on dd, so even i didn’t check this thread, i’m happy to see your comment, who knows, if i get time, I’m happy to share some interesting fitness articles with dimers.
NOTE: I’ve started this thread for fun before few years. Happy to see it’s still active.
I heard that diet and fitness help people to weight loss. Speaking about myself, I am not big fan of sport. I think more effective to use body contouring in www.beautyfixmeds...om rather than fitness. And of course I do not need to forget about low carb diets.
NOT A FAN OF THESE CRAPPY SURGERY PROCEDURES, THANKS FOR SPAMMING.
To all the readers who worry about FAT LOSS, here is my post to motivate you.
“The fitness is not a rocket science. Don’t be scared, it’s your body, treat well and it’ll obey your commands.”
Very simple, our body is designed to work hard physically (our ancestors worked in field whole day and lived a healthy life). Now, we are living our entire life infront of computer (me too!!!), so our body is struggling to burn calories because we are inactive/dormant, so we should do some high intensity training few days a week, then our body could burn the food easily.
The simple calculation for Fat loss is — “burn more calories than you consume”
and for weight gain (lean muscle) — “burn less calories than you consume.”
These days even school kids are looking obese, the fault is ours. We are lazy or workaholic (a person who works too much and never cares about body).
I lived in Netherlands for 4 years, one thing I must say is they use cycle everywhere and even a 70 year old grandma is stronger than me…yeah, they could still cycle fast in the frozen weather. So if you are living a active lifestyle, with decent food consumption (natural foods), then you need not have to care much about your fat loss.
So BE ACTIVE, EAT HEALTHY, LIVE STRESS FREE, GO TO GYM ATLEAST 4 days a week. Good luck.
suggest me cheap protein than ON

Great share, sometimes all we need is just a push.
😊

Alternative:
1.Make a smoothie with bananas and vanilla whey. Add some flaxseed oil/powder and oats. You can add some more fruits. (For after workout)
2.Drink a glass of milk/curd before bed.
3.A glass of milk/curd when you wake up.
4.Eat every 3 hours.
