Fixing robber part of broken shoe?

I have a running shoe which has black rubber at the bottom. Problem is that this rubber is not coming out of the shoe. I need to stick it back. I tried Feviquik earlier but I hear that it is not good. I will weaken the rubber even more.
Any ideas guys?

Yes. I have used it quite often before inception days of this website. Now, this is a big business. Mostly all the shoeswala in Malls, pass on the shoes returned for repair to theshoelaundry. They will clean, do pasting, stiching whatever is required but will only take costly branded shoes.

Then scrub the surface and use thin-even layer of Araldite and leave the shoe pressed under weight for a day.

It’s like the gum used by Puncture walas in olden days. Apply on the surface, allow it to dry for a few mins.. and then press it hard n hold for a minute or two.
Guess we get bigger tubes for much lesser price if we know the right source and want t have a shoe sticking business
If you want permanent fixing, araldite is the bhramastra
vu for visibility
