do clear with flipkart and you will be un block surely
you will able to buy anything but you should not run behind flipkart exclusives repeteadly
Looks like OP has been purchasing deals (max quantity limit per user) most of the times
Its an extreme case, orders getting cancelled based on previous order history
And it’s hard to get his account back now
You got to buy other stuff too. Only buying phones frequently will definitely flag your account.

I think it’s pretty much clear why you got blocked.
Maybe create a new account & don’t repeat the same mistakes again.
