Depends on where you bought it from .
If you bought it from Woohoo they will reissue it easily .

Otherwise it’s a long road .

Anyhow legally they can’t take GV voucher balance .

This is the reason why these companies are favouring GVs. They earn good portion from this thing. People forget and these companies still earn without actually providing any service.
