Please avoid purchasing high value items from Flipkart Read the full story. Please don’t vote down. It’s a request.

Hey dimers, it’s me Manish. You all are my friends and I don’t want you all to struggle like me. I want to tell you all my case where I am struggling to replace my laptop (PID: https://www.flipkart.com/acer-aspire-3-ryzen-5-...). It had been just 4 days of using my laptop when I noticed meshing fault in my laptop display. The seller was RetailNet. I raised a replacement under standard item replacement of 10 days and after that, twice the Acer technician visited my home performing all necessary action for replacement. Then I got a letter from Acer stating that replacement is now approved and further actions will be taken by Flipkart.
Now from that day I checked the status of my replacement on flipkart which isn’t changing at all. Flipkart is not provivng appropriate solution and blatantly delaying my issue. I tried a lot to talk to their higher authority but they all seem to be a bit arrogant.
Now I am stuck in that condition where I cannot even use my laptop as it has been sealed by Acer for replacement. Acer support was really wonderful in this case. They were kind and generous enough to help me. And their Zonal Head is really great. He helped me a lot to resolve this issue.

Please dimers, buy from Amazon, you won’t regret later unlike me. Just ignore flipkart even if has sweet offers for you. It’s just a trap.

Dude, sorry but whenever i had trouble with my order on Amazon, they never treated me like this. And ya, those products were Amazon Fulfilled.
