Flipkart asked for login just seconds before sale, now locked access for 24 hours even after using correct credentials

Still not resolved, contacted them many times
Now customer service agent says its blocked, reason may be too much returns, actually I was a Flipkart first customer from 2010,no many returns were made, I had around 14000+rs in my wallet, all looted by them, I had not yet placed even a single prepaid order, only post paid orders were made by me
No fraudulent activity was done except for placing loot orders like many other dimers
If anybody know a resolution, please help me

Suspect a new trick by Flipkart as they can take my 14k wallet money with a simple system based excuse

I had received an email from flipkart asking about my bank details to transfer 2000 Rs gc from my blocked fk account.
Now flipkart is no good customer friendly, they are over smart 
tricky people,, they cancel your return pickup or delivery by saying as per your request even though you did not do it ,, CS reminding me Timtara and shopclues
shopclues is improving CS, flipkart sucking CS
They simply log us out of our app
Their app installed on our phone
Atlast they added me back with an excuse, technical glitch, flipcart support tweets helped me
