Flipkart Account Serious Issue ** HELP NEEDED

I have a Flipkart account in which the registered mobile number sim card is blocked and the email id is also not accessible ..
so 15 days back i asked them to change both things , 5 days back i got a call from their team they said that provide adhar card on new email id i already provided them … called them several times each time they repeat same thing – case is under progress ..
till now they did not changed mobile number and email id .
what the hell is wrong with Flipkart …
Moreover i have around 15k GV in that account and iam not able to transfer it it other account . and when i try to order any item it is getting cancelled …
my money stuck with Flipkart ….can anybody help me ?

Asked them via twitter, twitter is most powerfull social media n even they take it seriously when u contact them.via twitter
on twitter they give old repeated replies … 
why aadhar card for mobile and email address change 
To verify the identity of the person. He doesn’t have access to both of them email and phone. And he wants them to change both of these at once. Doesn’t it sound suspicious to you.
Flipkart is doing right whatever they are doing. The only problem I see here is that their support is slow but considering the type of request, it’s understandable.
Its serious issue.in my view it will take time as your both email as well as mobile number is not accessible. And now its matter of proper identification due to huge amount

And you asked them to look into your account. They will probably block your account.

What the this..you dont have emailid even not a phone number and calling to change the details.
Can i call Customer Care and tell them to change emailid and phone number of a random account stating that i dont have access to phone and email is it acceptable ?
they will verify your personal details like Name, Dob, Address thats why they asked for aadhar and nothing wrong with it.
already provided them adhar card …..
will also provide them pan card , ration card , or even atm card if they need .

Try ordering some other items except mobiles.
Or book flight tickets etc and finish balance.
after so many follow-ups and daily calls , Finally today they did changed my mobile number as well as E-Mail Id …
