Are they giving for payments made via PayZapp (not wallet load). A bit extra discount for billpay will be helpful then

yes, cb not rcvd for mmt, ibibo, even shops that r not selling jewellery but categorized under jewellers not giving 1.5% cb.
For MMT, Ibibo, even basic 1.5% cb will not be credited if 4% wala resp. coupon code not used.
I purchased wall clocks from a reputed watch store in Pune but did not get any cb as the store is categorised under Jewellers although it sells only watch clocks, wrist watches and sunglasses.
What is left for Cashback, please someone can DM me, Mobi and their Gvs??
Axis bank has secretly stopped giving points n cashback for wallet loads. Here is extract of tncs from axis flipkart cashback
The following MCCs have been excluded from cashback eligibility (for fuel and wallet load
transactions): 6012, 6051, 5541, 5983, 5542, 5944, 6011, 6540
So all others txns wont give cashback like payzapp wallet load, paytm wallet load etc.
yes same happened with me..booked flight on MMT and used Wednesday axis offer…but didnt received 1.5% or 4% cb..
but one of my colleague used this offer and got the cashback of 900..if you want i can share the snapshot also…my flipkart axis card is not accepted for this offer..
it was accepted for me and i got 1200 cb as a part of wednesday MMT offer…but have not received extra 1.5 or 4% cb of FK axis card
Explain me one thing.
My Nov’s statement said that I will receive ₹ 388 CB. Whereas I received ₹160 under the head “CASHBACK CREDIT NOV 2019” in my Dec’s statement.
Also they write: “Cashback earned this month will be credited in the next billing cycle.” in the statement.
Also no wallet load or jewellery purchase were taken into account. Just want to know is this normal for you guys too. Will the rest be adjusted in the next bill or will I have to write somewhere.

cb always credit in NEXT billing cycle.
cashback earned for the month shall be credited in the next month billing cycle statement as mentioned…you will no get cashback for wallet load and jwellery purchase..there you can use amazon icici..
I did not get the exact cashback as mentioned in the previous statement. Did this happen to you guys.

@rogerthat pardon my poor communication skills.. I AM in the next billing cycle.. Dec statement does not have the CB credit as promised in the Nov statement (160 Cr instead of 388 promised in past month’s bill). Is it normal for them to do this.
no it should credit in dec bill.
Just wanted to update that.. after following up with Axis bank.. proper cash back was given and I can see the remaining cash back added in my unbilled transactions.
So guys do monitor your statements for proper cash back. Amazon pay ICICI card is much better in these matters.
I spent 2L on Jewellery last month and came to know from statement now that no cashback. I had other cards which would have given reward points and still I used this for a simple cashback. They advertise as 1.5% for all other spends. Not even an asterisk (*) on that to tell exclusions. Got fooled by their marketing.
Checked their T&C now 
Cashback shall not be eligible for following spends/transactions on the card,
o Fuel Spends
o Purchase of gift cards on Flipkart, Myntra, 2Gud.com
o EMI transactions
o Purchases converted to EMI post facto
o Wallet loading transactions
o Purchase of gold items
o Cash advances
o Payment of outstanding balances
o Payment of card fees and other card charges
