Both Flipkart and Amazon are providing Rs.500 rewards on your successful application of CC.
Benefits on Flipkart Axis Credit Card:
- 5% cashback on Flipkart, Myntra and 2GUD.
- 4% cashback of on all preferred merchants.
- 1.5% cashback on all other categories.
- 20% Upto off at 4500+ partner restaurants with the card under the ‘Dining Delights’ program.
- Cardholders will also get four complimentary lounge visits across airports in India and fuel surcharge waiver of 1% up to ₹500 per month.
- Credit card will also offer customers extra savings on EMI spends on the Flipkart platform, on all tenures.
Benefits on Amazon ICICI Credit Cards:
- 5% for Amazon Prime members and 3% back for all other customers for shopping on Amazon.in
- 2% for all customers on spends on digital categories on Amazon.in such as, bill payments, recharges, wallet load etc.
- 2% for all customers on spends on Amazon Pay merchants (e.g., Swiggy, Bookmyshow, Yatra, and many more)
- 1% for all customers on spends on any merchant location in the country, where Visa cards are accepted.
- 15% minimum off on your dining bill at participating restaurants.
- Customers also get fuel-surcharge waiver and no cost EMI offers on a large selection. No earnings on fuel, EMI transactions and gold purchases.
My Initial Review
I Find Flipkart Axis Card to be more beneficial in terms of RP
- FK offering 4% CB on Partners store while amazon offering only 2%
- FK providing 1.5% CB on any other spend while only 1% by Amazon
- More Discount on Restaurants (20% in FK AXIS as against 15% in Apay ICICI) i.e. upto 5% more
- Additionally FK Axis is giving Free Airport Lounge Access ,
that too a Master Card (Many places Visa dont work but Master Card Does and most of the guys already have VISA) - Flipkart Axis Card giving 5% cashback on any other Flipkart account (FK A/c of Friends , Relatives etc.) , so they shop and you earn.
However for Amazon 5% Cashback applicable only when the Amazon Account and Apay ICICI CC Mobile number are same. - You need to be prime eligible for 5% CB on Apay ICICI , else only 3% CB
While there are no such restrictions on FK Axis Card and you get 5% on all purchase on FK on any FK account - FK Axis Card provide the CB in terms of Statement credit so you get direct monetary CB for your spends
However Amazon forces your CB as Amazon GV balance which restricts you to buy via Amazon only. - Additional benefits on Myntra , Urbanclap etc. as part of Welcome Gift with FK Axis on

The moment you shop for Rs.10000 on Flipkart , you will recover the cost of FK Axis Credit Card
Further if we hypothetically consider you are not doing online shopping on Amazon and Flipkart
and using the CC somewhere else like Departmental Store , Medicine Shops etc.
Then on a spend of Rs.33333 , you will get Rs.500 CB in FK and Rs.333 in Amazon ICICI
( 500 – 333 = Rs.167 Benefit From FK Axis )
and after that you can compare for yourselves which gives you more benefit and rewards based on the above points i mentioned.

and don’t want to pay for FK paid card either as i don’t shop much on FK

Unsure about FK as its paid…
I think the best combo for normal users with moderate spends is:
1. Apay ICICI – because its free + 5% on amazon + any icici card offer discount.
+
2. Ola SBI – 15%/7% Ola postpaid/cabs + SBI card discounts + 1 lakh spend for waiver.
+
3. Axis FK – 5% fk orders + axis card discounts + 1.5% cb on all other spends ( further help innreaching waiver target of 2 lakhs).
I dont know about super duper premium cards for individuals with lakhs and crores of ITR. They already know what is best for them.
Well said. I truly agree with you. More over if you buy multiple mobiles in flopkart then account will be blocked and axis FK card will be useless. I have first 2 cards and using max for purchase additional to amex gold cards using just for collecting rewards.

FK preferred partners list going down day by day.. Uber eats out already.. Uber cabs started using paytm gateway… so fk axis card recognizing uber transactions as paytm transactions and giving only 1.5% cb instead of 4%.
Moreover, I heard that you shouldn’t use any coupon code to get discount on welcome kit partners. Ofcourse, those welcome offers are useless except 500 fk gv.
Guys I am getting denied for FK axis only because I don’t have rent agreement. Landlady won’t give that and axis doesn’t approve without rent agreement. I have asked axis to take other CC Bills which have the address but they don’t accept it. Any way to cross this?

FK is a good card. Can recover annual fee on spending of 34k offline purchases excluding wallet loads.
I Have a doubt about Amazon ICICI Card…
My brothers Amazon account is prime activated and I have taken Apay ICICI Credit card from my account
will i still be eligible for CB of 5% if I use my brothers prime account and make payment via my Apay Card
(I dont mind CB getting credited in my account or my brothers account , main thing is it should be 5%) 
Depends on whose card. Doesn’t matter if you use it in prime or non prime
Can I claim cashback for payments of bill on any app by using Amazon pay ICICI cc ?? And what for insurance spend by using Amazon pay ICICI cc ?

Apay card is not completely free if you wanna make full use of it. The amazon account linked with the phone number registered with card has to be prime for you to avail 5% benefits(else its 3%). Although the current prime membership price of 999/- more than makes up for the benefits offered, it certainly is gonna increase going down. So think of it as a long term investment by amazon wherein a part of your prime membership cost shall pay for your credit card annual fee
Nothing to do with phone number registered with Apay card.
The Amazon account through which you applied and got ApayICICI card should be prime account for 5%.
Cashback applicable on emi transactions with fk axis card??
On product page in tnc i checked there is written that cb not appliance on emi transactions. Can anyone confirm?

Axis bank is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer response. Had applied for Flipkart card in Jan, saw a CIBIL query on March 1st, but no movement after that. Called up Cc yesterday for an update and was told it’s not reflecting in the system so he’d put in a complaint. When I asked for complaint number, he gives me my phone number and tells me that’s the complaint number. It’s a real circus out there

FK Axis never charge anything from customer, its LIC, IRCTC etc. which have convenience charges… i suggest u to pay LIC through PHONEPE with FK axis CC… and u will 100% get 1.5% Cashback… i have been doing that all along and always got cashback through Phonepe and no convenience charge..

I am not holding any axis bank account and my adhaar is having same address whee I am living. So no issue over there. but its been 20 days since I received that card is approved but they are not delivering it probably because of this sale.
They are bunch of fools , who are sitting at Axis CC processing centers ,
have received the call 4 times from past 2 days for verification purpose ,
dont know what are they verifying 
It’s not complicated.. you need to have both..
AZ ICICI is required for AZ purchases
FK Axis for FK and offline purchases
ICICI is LTF so its no brainer. You could easily earn more than 500 via fk axis, so again its no brainer.
Even though FK axis gives better cashback as per percentages but you will earn more cashback via AZ Icici, this is because ICICI offers are lot more. Even flipkart has regular ICICI card 10% discount sale where you can use this card to get 10% + 1%cb on it. There is also regular 10 + 5% AZ pantry cashback starting on each month on this card. On most prime days, there is extra 5% discount on this card making it effective 10% (5% disc + 5%cb), so you don’t need the chosen bank card for availing discount.
In past one year of holding the axis fk card, I only seen one flipkart axis bank sale where you could combine 10% + 5%cb. There is 15% cashback on AZ pantry on Axis Bank some days but I always forget when it happens. Not sure if its regular like ICICI offer.
Also thing to note, some categories are excluded in 1.5% cashback of Axis FK. I know jewellery is one of them. Might be fuel also.
Axis is Chalu Bank … since they know very well of 15% CB on FK , which they dont want to give …
Instead they are launching deals on AZ , so more people will take their FK Axis card
as they will be getting deals and more benefits from both the Ecomm Giants in India
