Flipkart blocked my account containing 27 k wallet money after i lodged a complain against them in consumer forum.
It had 27 K wallet money and now their customer support isn’t replying properly .

UPDATE 23-3
They are telling me to contact the original site of buying of the EGV for resolution.
And they will do nothing from their end .They will not unblock my account!.
Neither will they release the egv from blocked wallet !
THIS IS THE LEVEL OF FRAUD THAT THESE GUYS ARE CAPABLE OF COMMITTING!

Dont Forget To Record Such Morons Fake Speech When They Call Also See What Stupid Reasons They Give For Delay And Blocking Of Account. 
same with me one of my FK account is blocked as i raised a payment & refund dispute with HDFC bank. Bank acknowledged and matter solved. but FK account is still blocked with 1K Cash & 70 FK+ points… now even the mails are getting bounced. Please help how can i solve this issue.
If you know the gift card id sent a mail to [email protected] along with associated email id and number and they will delink the egv .
Don’t even try to talk to flipkart support they a shit bag .
This is the easy way out which not many people know. And FLIPKART support will not tell you this
In the email they just told me

You’ll happy to know that we have looked into this and set this right. You can now login to your Flipkart account and complete purchases of your favorite items. The seller will make sure that the item is delivered to you as promised.

Apart from that i am yet to receive a call from them directly which i think they will tomorrow and it would be more clear as to what finally made them come to their senses.
