Flipkart Blocking Issue

If anyone having wallet balance & FK blocked that account and denied to transfer the wallet balance means send a letter in post with return ack to FK head office about the issue and ask the egv amount refund and resolution. Also take one photo copy of that letter. They should reply for you, otherwise we can show that also as a proof while raising complaint in consumer forum.

Unless and until we start taking some actions, they will not stop this behaviour. I request everyone whoever faced this issue to raise a concern.

In my case, one day they called me and told that they can’t refund my egv amount, but not at all confirming anything in mail. One of my lawyer suggested to post a letter to FK head office with the issues and resolution of wallet money. They should respond on this, otherwise we can send a legal notice and then file a complaint in consumer forum.
