Flipkart Cheating On Flipkart First Subscription

Is Flipkart First worth it?

I already have Amazon Prime and does most of my shopping there. I am considering to buy Flipkart First to save on shipping charges.

Oh dear! that’s the one thing they offer.

No response till now to complaint and they marked as resolved.
Cancelling Flipkart First if I can get any refund.

I can understand if they put a cap of orders with free delivery like 5 orders per month.
This is cheating.
Only this left with Flipkart First is ‘priority customer service’ which is nothing but joke.

Yesterday had talk with higher escalation team and they said Flipkart First services have stopped.
I told them how can you stop service without refund or intimation to existing subscribers.

He was not even able to check my subscription validity due to so called ‘privacy issues’.
But they can see my orders/ items in cart, and everything else! LOL.

He asked me to send photo of my subscription details which I will do today.

REMOVED Flipkart. Sorry to hear bro.

I am feeling very happy that I never purchased Flipkart First and also that I don’t have to deal with their crap as I don’t shop a lot on Flipkart. Maybe 2-3 times a year. That’s all.

With this type of customer service, they are not going to get into the fight again.

If they don’t send any refund or compensation then let them know that you are going to send them legal notice for fraud and will be taking them in consumer court.

Is every Flipkart First Subscriber facing the problem or only the selectives??

Avoid Flipkart unless it’s Flipkart only model..

I don’t know why are we not so vocal about this fraud. Let’s flood their twitter and facebook pages. They can’t commit such a big fraud and act as if nothing happened. Can the DD owners do something about it too, by taking up the matter with Flipkart ? DD is after all a strong community of over 1 million users and gives flipkart a significant amount of business.

Simple guys.. Make cart value 499+ with fillers and cancel unwanted products before shipment to avoid shipping fee if still u want to punish them cancel after shipment

Same with me.. Its valid upto September 2018.. No MORE FF benefit applicable in my account.

Flipkart totally has lost it and walmart just threw good money over bad money. They will always remain a second fiddle and they can forget being the market leader (which also sucks because there should be someone providing a tough fight to amazon).

I had an account from the days when they were selling books and was blocked a couple of years back when I got something replaced. By then I had made purchases worth at least 100k and was happy with their service. That incident left a bad taste and they just lost me as I started only buying from Amazon even if it the price was a little bit more (not huge differences really). After that I have opened a couple of accounts for loots and such things wherein I have abused their free shipping trick. But they are still happy to let me continue abusing it. Would have definitely bought FF subscription (I guess I had bought it before my main account was blocked but had cancelled it later as their was no benefit) and continued with its subscription if it was something like amazon prime (I dont use prime for anything other than free shipping and their add-on’s are useless for me). I am sure they might have lost many customers in their zeal to make their CC service tight to stop scamsters, but they ended up affecting genuine customers and lost them.

I had word word with them and they said they will refund shipping charge after delivery.

There is no more Flipkart First Service available, so this is all expected
Even the Currently active subscriptions are extended subscriptions (6 months)
Mostly there will be a re-launch with BBD 2018, they might team up with hotstar/netflix for video + saavn/gaana for music

Flipkart gone mad. Even Shopclues trying to have a VIP club and legend Flipkart trying to destroy everything they have. I’ve subscription till December.

I don’t know why people buy Flipkart first.
Can someone let me know which under Rs. 500 product is sold on Flipkart cheaper than Amazon?

It is because Flipkart is launching Flipkart plus in place of Flipkart First for every customer from 15th Aug just like Amazon Prime.

And just like that they robbed us of our money and changed the program name… Didn’t even honor the money we paid them earlier

I will. Definitely use the 499 plus trick from infinite accounts now. And wasool the fraud they did
