I wanted to exchange My Oneplus X with Asus Zenfone Max m1 Pro on offer in 8499.
Flipkart offered 2800 Rs. as exchange price & 100 for pickup charges. So overall 2700 for Oneplus X.
I ordered & paid remaining amount online via Debit card.
I was worried that small scratches visible in "direct light only " on back glass can be a objection while exchange. But to my surprise while pickup, courier person objected a corner which was so small & bound to happen due to 2 years of use.
Flipkart should know “People don’t buy mobiles to put in Almirah & forget to exchange later” . Mobiles are bound to have pocket scratches on corners & sides. Physical damage is whole another issue.
Flipkart wasted my time to format & re-install apps with settings. Please don’t get into exchange with flipkart. They want mobiles in box packed condition & in small prices.

Yes, This Is Very Very Common Among All Dimers. I Have Seen Many Threads Where The User Claimed To Even DOT Scarcity Is Rejected By The Super Specialist Wish Master Of Flipkart Who Can See Alot From Their Naked Eye.
I Always Suggest My Dear And Nears To Opt For Amazon If They Are Going For Exchange. Price May Differ But Amazon Never Refuses Exchange (As Far As I Seen And Heard Regarding Exchange).
Flipkart Always Spoils The New Phone Moment And Due To Rejection We Need To Keep The Old Back (Some May Say We Can Take New Phone By The Extra Amount But Then What We Will Do With That Left Over Old Phone ? ) And Then Install All The Stuff And Wait For Another Exchange Offer.

Wov… as my turn was fully inspected thoroughly thas why… i am feeling 0 jeleous…
Now I have decided, I will not exchange mobile. Flipkart ruined the excitment of new mobile.
I will wait for another 3-6 months to see next wave of mobiles. Hopefully will exchange for some better specification later. 
Even i faced the same..as back body is broken and power button issue also there
Flipkart agent said “Flipkart will not accept but im ready to buy the mobile” and sold the same to him for same price..
