Hi desidime team! I had received a fake fastrack watch when I ordered from flipkart and I placed a replacement which was denied multiple times. Then I posted this on my twitter and FB, then I placed a refund request after that they have picked up the product. Then when I try to login to my account, it was failing. I received the mail due to high number of returns you will not be able to login to your account anymore!!! I have 1000 gift card in my account and have bought phone using cardless credit and still have to pay 2 EMI's of 5K each. I don't know what to do? Can you guys please help me in this regard? Thanks.

Again go back to twitter and FB and bash them that they can stop you from ordering but not from logging in.

My flipkart account also got blocked. I had complained for missing cashew in dryfruit box. Just after that they blocked me.

Flopkart is screwed, Actually they don’t want business. Just they want to block accounts on the name of reseller like that. Actually most of dimers were using eCommerce sites to order friends and family members. But flopkart is on top to block accounts.

But consider paying as it will affect your credit score if you won’t pay on time.

After sending multiple mails and tweets, they sent me the link.
My 1000inr GV gone pensive
I never use cardless credit in the future.

Forget about coins & GV balance, best case scenario if you are extremely lucky is your acc getting restored with zero coin/gv balance. I guess you ordered too many mobiles/other stuff from this account.
