i ordered a watch from flipkart, today i received it but it has some scratches on it and when i purchased, its price was 2400 rs but now its price has decreased and now it is available at 2000 rs.
so i want to return it but i paid by using gift voucher which had expired on 14 July.
so now if i cancel that order then can i use gift voucher again or not ?

interesting stuff … , we are across 30+ days of replacement warranty .. but how will you prove the scratches ? do you have unpacking video highlighting the starches ?
They could consider it as a scam by someone to get more validated gift card balance !
