I have placed an order mi note4. Dated 21/6/2017, indated 24/6/2017. Your courier partner sent me a text message at 8:30am. According to this message my order delivered me at same date (24/6/2017) before 7 pm. But he didn’t contact me on same date till today. When I called your service centre 26/6/17 again and again till date, today I called your service centre and requested executive to talk your senior executive to me. He transferred my call but no one picked it up after waiting for 5-6 mins. THIS IS A POOR, CHEAP AND UNRISPONSIBLE SERVICE PROVIDE BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE
In dated 30/6/2017. I received a call from your courier executive, he promised me, "your phone will be delivered by 1/7/2017 before 7 pm. But he didn’t contact me on Saturday, THIS IS ALSO A POOR, CHEAP AND UNRISPONSIBLE SERVICE PROVIDE BY YOUR COURIER PARTNER.
In short I request you to please deliver my product today before 7 pm at my home address otherwise componsate me. If you don’t do this, I will present your case CONSUMER FORM COURT.
