Flipkart in Trouble

Threat to another indian successful company ! Flipkart did apologised every member and for few even compensated with wallet credit! As article says “We really wonder what business does ED has in discount sales? (CCI is the right authority to carry such investigations).” As far as i know there is a seperate fan group for flipkart. Iam not inclined to any particular website but i dont think so flipkart as that much contagious as mentioned in social medias

ED primarily comes in action when there is a scene of Foreign funds investment or money laundering. Since most of the investors of flipkart are foreign fimrs, FEMA is applicable and if ED finds any sort of money laundering activity in any manner or any sort of tax evaded by flipkart, then fine may be imposed. And that will depend on the amount of tax evaded as well as foreign investment.

This case is mainly pushed by different trade unions (mainly retail) of the country.

However, fk has commented that it has complied with all the laws. Lets see what happens..

People, This is not because of the Big Billion Day, this inquiry has been going on since long and this news is quite old.

ED announced its a fake news, news came in today’s local paper.

I Honestly pray and hope that Flipkart is fined and punished. These retards do not mean a single word of that apology letter.

I ordered Moto G2 on 6th Oct. Seller confirms item on 7th Oct.
Dispatched on 10th oct from Bangalore.
Reaches 12th Oct on Kolkata NGB Mother Hub.

Since then no further movement. Called the retarded customer care multiple times but they don’t have any information about ekart. there is no way we can contact ekart. There is something definitely wrong and they are not delivering my product. it is lying in the mother hub for 3 days and not moving to a nearby hub or out for delivery. Flipkart’s customer care guys are down to the quality of aircel or vodafone cc guys for prepaid connection.

See Flipkart’s facebook page. Full of complaints like:

- Order not delivered even after the promised date. lying in mother hub in buyers city for 7 days
- Order rerouted to hyderabad after reaching delhi where it was supposed to be delivered
- Selling FAKE products
- Selling products on price higher than MRP
- confirming the item. packing it. dispatching it. then cancelling order saying seller cannot procure the item.
- Cancelling order after promised delivery date is over.
- Height was (saw it with picture proof) – Sent Redmi nore worth 9999 to a customer who ordered Mi3 for 139999. On the back of the box it is written Mi3 but the sticker on the box is of Redmi Note of price 9999.
- I faced this issue myself. Ordered sandisk ultra otg pendrive @ rs 193. handed over the money to my building security who generally accepts the orders during day time. Ekart delivery guy asked for rs 10 more and he had to pay Rs 203.

I generally don’t loose my cool. But these retards are going down to such low level and intentionally harassing customers.

I decided to order Washing maching, refrigerator kind of stuff on COD and after the product is shipped and out for delivery – I will cancel order. These guys need to be taught a lesson!!

In India retailers are very strong because they form a big chunk of votebank also.
Flipkart might be wrong in many ways but i applaud them for giving consumers an option of rerduced price, 30 days free replacement.
Most retailers make heavy profits specially on electronic and fashion goods.
Many of my known have got big electronic ,clothes and jewellery show rooms and i know how much taxes do they pay( even lesser than a class 4 government employee).
Since flipkart is a big fish it has caught government’s attention.

I have shopped online from many sites and many times (typical dimer). Even sites like shopclues, indiatimes have not harassed me in such a manner. Flipkart is breaking all records. Unbelievable and Pathetic!!

Flipkart should be BANNED on dd.

I get a call everyday and by 9 pm when I call back they never pick and on thier own change the delivery dat stating I refused the order or asked for reshedule.

Bloody Hypocrites, I have paid for it and take 3 office leaves to receive the product.

“I had ordered a pair of Lee cooper shoes on the sale day along with other items. While the other items have been delivered, yesterday got a call from your office mentioning that the delivery is lost in transit. My money will be refunded. Though unhappy was ok to accept the truthful way of working. Then came the shocker…..You sent me a sms mentioning that I have canceled the order and the cancellation has been accepted, it also said, that while the goods were shipped for delivery and I cancelled enroute, so you have done me a favour by doing so. This was followed by a mail giving same details.

Lastly on your site where I track my orders, you are showing order has been cancelled, which is not true, you have failed to deliver the goods and keep your promise to customer, by putting up false info on customer orders don’t try to fool the world and keep your valuations safe.

In fact when we ordered anything on the day of grand sale it clearly said, no cancellations accepted, so where is the option for e to cancel, when the button on site is not available to cancel?? This is what is called blatant lies and fooling the customer…dot indulge in these tactics. You have done a good job till date, don’t screw it up…."
