Agree with most but you are wrong about cancellation. orders were easily cancelled by phone via ivrs.
No human interference needed.

I am laughing after reading some comments here. aFAIK the penalty might be because of not following rules n regulations. Nirmala Sitharaman has said that there might be a new policy for such portals because they are killing traditional ecosystem of retailing. Let us see how this goes. Govt has to do balancing act.

if flipkart went into trouble all online shoppers will be in trouble..

this would encourage monopoly of local stores which never offer discounts..

Yes no local store will offer such good discounts.

If our govt ever really imposes fine on Flipkart for offering steep discounts (not money laundering), then it’s a sign of telling to the world India wishes to remain a bullock cart economy.

If such things happen, Make In India will instead become Move Out from India
