Flipkart missing product

I ordered 3 clothes each of 4 quantity on cod but at the time of delivery I got 2 clothes 4 quantity. But other one got only one my brother received it and paid cod amount without checking
Label shows 4 net quantity and amount payable for 4 but package had only one. What to do now.
Clothes are meant for donation to old age home.

contact cc and send them the image of the receipt and tell you received only two qty

Contacted cc but got resolution they will send replacement for only one . Contacted cc again now explained everything and requested refund . They are investigating the case.
