Flipkart offers better customer experience than Amazon, Snapdeal, ShopClues, Myntra, says Forrester

Flipkart has topped digital retailers ranking for this year’s Forrester India Customer Experience Index. Walmart-owned e-retailer was ranked ahead of Snapdeal, Koovs, Shopclues, and Myntra at 2nd to 5th rank respectively. Importantly, Amazon was ranked at a distant 6th position this year. The ranking was based on a survey of over 10,000 customers in India this year that gauged the customer experience of 39 brands across six industries including insurance, automakers, banks, credit card companies, retail (digital and multichannel).

amazon has deteriorated from last year… 3 times items missing this year (and counting) and really rude or stupid copy paste trolls as customer service (on cashback issues)
but their refund is instant and 98% getting genuine products from them… so they’re not that bad yet.
flipkart is a bįtch, twice send me used, damaged items and instead of getting replacement or refund, got yelling 😑

Well that’s the issue of online research. (If they have used it)
Amazon giving a normal service(which they aim) keeps the customer at neutral, i.e, they won’t be upset but still won’t run around claiming amazon to be the best.
But if ever a customer faces bad experience, they’ll shout it out everywhere they can.
Now most companies don’t really try to give you above expectation customer service.
So mostly you get a normal experience or a bad experience.
Now considering Amazon has the largest customer base, they’ll eventually have largest numbers of upset buyers.
And since these buyers are trying to direct their anger somewhere, they’ll do so by writing negative about amazon.
And that is how Amazon is 6th
Yeah , actually I read something similar once said by CEO of some mattress company in Quora.
He said that , our Indian consumers will not write a review if the product is good . But incase the product has some issue , they will write negatively in many different places.
So my question here is,
1.What should you consider more , Having more number of positive reviews only or
2.Having less number of negative reviews only?
Which of these 2 is better according to you?
For me Amazon was best till now and flopkart is worst of all.
I have not had any problem with flipkart till now. Flipkart service was always better for me than amazon.
