Flipkart rejecting mobile exchange

Hi, is for just me this is happening or to everyone else. Flipkart is rejecting any exchange of mobiles for even small scratches on body. Please enlighten me.

Use only amazon for exchanges
They rejected my 5 year old laptop just cause it was faded

Rejected my 8 year old sony mobile because of a small scratch on the screen, asked him to come tomorrow, covered the scratch with glue and told them that it was due to dirt, they took without issues, you just need to cover visible damages, they are really retarded at mind

Unlike before now u can pay the rest via COD for the new phone even if they don’t accept the old phone
I got Honor 7x only in exchange of coolpad note 3 lite and paid nothing extra.

@riser Most chances of rejection bro, but you can give a try (it solely depends on the delivery guy’s attitude)
Otherwise i would recommend to get it painted (just as a formality) from some local shop, shouldnt cost much, some car garage people can also help here 
Or try exchanging on amazon

They expect a new phone in exchange! Mine was rejected too for non-existent flaw which only his eyes could see. I sent him back with the phone and said “No, thank you”.
I think it’s a strategy by Flipkart to reject old phones and they know that x% people will pay cash in lieu of exchange and take the delivery!
use cashify instead, and mention the maximum scratches option to be sure about the value, else the person collecting the phone will assess it. i got really good price for selling phone there, used promo code and chose amazon gv as payment mode.
flipkart mobile exchange programm is fack they dont accept mobile for exchange always gives excuse like it has dent( even not) color fade or any other
They put my almost new phone for exchange on a piece of thin laminate and reduced _₹ 1150/ the delivery man said that it is a big hassle with Flipkart, I rejected the exchange at reduced price, this kind of problem doesn’t arise with Amazon, after payment Flipkart informs next day that they will evaluate at the time of delivery, never mentioned when ordered.
