the sandals are alright but the shoes are little bigger since the shoes that i’ve brought are now shown permanently discontinued and the size 7 is not available in them i want to replace these shoes with allen solly boat shoes

is there a way i can get only the shoes replaced by paying the additional cost
the fk cc is saying i can return the shoes and get the amount credited in my account but then the new shoes i’ll buy wont get an additional 30% off (as the cart amount wont exceed 2499)
cancelling the entire order id also not possible or else i could make an entirely new order

Why can’t you cancel the entire order? If possible cancel it..when it will be picked up the same day you will get wallet refund..use that and place a fresh order.
Else u can add a cheap 100 rs filler like a flipflop to the shoes you want to buy and get 30 % off..which you can cancel after ordering if you are not really interested

IMo, u cannot exchange for different brands….. better take the credit back… they always give these discounts every week
