Update: Flipkart has updated their home page. They have suspended all shopping order temporarily. But all other services like Bill payment, Games and Video are working as usual.

Maybe they’re making way to only ship essential items like amazon.
Every item it tried. Even essential items like soap, Handwash or sanitary napkin.
It’s a lock down, courier people will also get holidays

No idea. Even existing orders have delayed deliveries. They have enough stock but less people.
Update: Flipkart would resume essential services soon.
I have also facing the same issue in sg palya C.V Ram Nagar Bangalore PIN 560093 showing all materials out of stock, can you just what is the with?
Because they cannot deliver any product due to lockdown.
Same is the case with amazon except few products.
